Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of MyLivingPage.com and describe your rights, obligations, and legal relationship with MyLivingPage.
Service Overview
MyLivingPage.com provides A web application where people create and manage resume-based living pages containing text, photos, links, exports, analytics, and public sharing controls.
Features may include account management, content sharing controls, reminders, exports, and optional integrations with third-party services.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.
- You are responsible for activities under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
Paid Services and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Current paid pricing and plan details are shown at checkout and in account settings. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until canceled.
Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer billing portal linked in account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- If you delete your account, active subscriptions are canceled before account deletion is finalized.
Failed Payments and Plan Status
If payment fails or a charge is declined, your paid features may be suspended or your account may be downgraded until billing is resolved. We may retry failed charges through our payment processor in accordance with processor rules.
Taxes, Price Changes, and Chargebacks
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your subscription.
- We may change pricing or plan features with advance notice before the change takes effect for future billing periods.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith, we may suspend or terminate access pending resolution.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe (payments and billing portal)
- Supabase (authentication, database, and object storage)
- Vercel (application hosting and delivery)
- Anthropic (AI-assisted resume parsing features)
- Google OAuth (optional social sign-in)
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may update independently of our Service.
Service License, Trademarks, and Feedback
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
Content Controls and Visibility
You can manage visibility settings for your content where available. Private content is intended for account-only access, link-share content is accessible to anyone with the link, and public content is broadly visible and may be indexed.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLivingPage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLivingPage and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Any aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid, unless applicable law prohibits this limitation.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLivingPage, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of law or these policies.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, claims will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If this waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remaining claims stay in arbitration.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Changes
We may update policies from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new Last updated date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
