User Content License

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display your User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service according to your sharing settings and instructions, including serving public pages and shared links you choose to publish.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and share your User Content. You may report abusive, infringing, or unlawful content at support@mylivingpage.com. We may remove or restrict reported content and cooperate with lawful requests.

AI-Assisted Features

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your context. You must independently verify outputs before relying on them. Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, privileged information, trade secrets, or confidential material to AI Features unless your own legal and compliance review approves it.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, abuse risks, unpaid fees, or security concerns. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLivingPage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLivingPage and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Any aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid, unless applicable law prohibits this limitation.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLivingPage, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of law or these policies.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, claims will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.

You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If this waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remaining claims stay in arbitration.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes

We may update policies from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new Last updated date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
